The Last Rose of Summer

The Last Rose of Summer

FREE. (download now) I knit this scarf for my mother. She was a very stylish lady, so I wanted to make her a piece of classic luxury she could wear. The rhythm of the pattern (dragon skin) emphasises the understated look. The yarn is a cashmere/merino/silk blend, incredibly soft with a wonderful drape. The scarf is knitted in two identical pieces and grafted together.
